If you have never responded to God's love by accepting what Jesus did for you and giving Him your life in return, He gives you this invitation. Leave your old life of sin and heartache behind you, and take up God's forgiveness and love in this new life He has for you. There's no special prayer you need to pray other than to confess your sins and say that you believe He is the Son of God. Then He will begin to speak to you and show you a new way of living. If it helps you, you can pray like this:
Our Father, who is in Heaven, you are perfect. Today I choose to believe that You love me. I have sinned against you, but I believe that You sent your Son, Jesus, to take my punishment and die in my place so that we can be together. Thank You for choosing me. I give you my life today. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and teach me your ways. And lead me to a group of people who have also given You their lives. Amen.
